Giving What God says to give
God knows every secret of your heart. He knows when you are giving your best, and when you are not giving your best (To Him).
You can hide it from others, but never from God. Give your Best, (to God) and you’ll be blessed. Man is not the judge of this, God is.
(See the Story of Cain and Abel- in Genesis Chapter 4.)
Jesus took a little boy’s lunch and fed thousands with it! (It was blessed).
He took a widow’s cake (all she had) and turned it into a blessing that fed them during a famine. He isn’t impressed with you following the rules, so much as giving what he says to give.
And sometimes, it’s all you have.
Gen 4 “6 Then the Lord said to Cain, “Why are you angry? Why is your face downcast? 7 If you do what is right, will you not be accepted? But if you do not do what is right, sin is crouching at your door; it desires to have you, but you must rule over it.
Cain’s response to God’s correction was to kill his brother!!
8 Now Cain said to his brother Abel, “Let’s go out to the field.” While they were in the field, Cain attacked his brother Abel and killed him.
9 Then the Lord said to Cain, “Where is your brother Abel?”
“I don’t know,” he replied. “Am I my brother’s keeper?”
From there, Cain was told he would be a vagabond, a fugitive, after killing his brother Abel!
Still, he pleaded for Mercy, and God gave it to him, despite the terrible thing he did. Which tells me, God is the same, yesterday today and forever! (Old Testament and New).
Now I ask you, is a person’s response really about what someone else did? Or is their beef with God himself?
