Sowing to the flesh reaps corruption. Just as sowing good seed grows good crops, so does sowing “the weeds” of the thoughts and thinking of this world does grow, and produce corruption. While we may be under Grace and not law, we do well to remember that we do reap what we sow. Even nature teaches us this. People who do not even know God walk in this principle all the time. Heroes, Famous people, Athletes, and all kinds of successful people tap into the sowing and reaping principle by leading disciplined lives.
What God calls evil is to simply not allow his word or his blessing and influence into our hearts and minds. We who do so are making a very wise decision. Let’s press on! And if you sometimes wonder why you are doing it; Here is a little reminder. To stop and arrest the process of corruption is good enough reason for me. -Laura Grace
For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life. Galatians 6:8
2 Timothy 3:13 But evil men and impostors will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived.
