What does mean exactly? AS I was driving home today from journey into a neighboring city, God was speaking to my heart about Solomon. There I was, in the car with Him asking questions and trusting the Holy spirit to teach me.

Suddenly I saw that Solomon (the wisest man ever) was given this blessing of finances because when he ASKED For wisdom (instead of money) he was actually being very generous. The bible says a generous man prospers.

He was generous with his “one request’ God was granting to him at the time. He sowed a seed by asking for wisdom instead of something for himself. God knew he would become idolatrous but he granted the request anyway. Why? Because God is fair and he honors his word.

When Solomon began to get involved with the idols of his wives and concubines; the spirit of Grace was insulted by this.

It isn’t written down this way in our bible: but I know That in the New Testament we are warned not to insult the Spirit of Grace. God began to show me that many times what we consider to be “disobedience” is actually insulting him after he’s blessed us so richly.

The loving-kindness of God is meant to lead us to repentance. That is to honor him, serve him, thank him, be so grateful we run to his arms and say what else can I do for you Father God? When the Spirit of Grace is insulted he moves away and therefore the enemy has more access into our lives. We do not want this. A new take or perspective on why “bad things” happen to people when they insult the very Spirit and Heart of God by rewarding his good toward them with evil thoughts and greedy behavior.

Agreement vs unity:

Agreement and unity are not the same thing. Okay? Not the same. We can agree to go to a restaurant and we all go there; but we don’t all order the same thing. Where we ate is unity, what we had to eat is either agreement or disagreement. We do not have to have a fight about it and tell others they should have had the chicken. We like potatoes, they like rice.
We like chocolate, they like vanilla. Unity agrees we all need to eat something; we can agree on what restaurant to eat at (or not) but nobody has the right to tell you if you should or shouldn’t except God himself. Doctrines of men is a feeble attempt to get everyone into agreement, assuming it will also bring unity. The trouble is we need to be unified in the idea that we all need Jesus as our savior and we all need to know him.
We do not have to be in agreement as to how we do it, how we achieve it, or how exactly it will happen. Disagreements are the number one reason for strife and dis-unity in the body of Christ. It was addressed long ago in our bible; “one follows this, one follows that, you are yet carnal,” it says. What part of this do we not understand? It’s time for unity; don’t you think?

I AM IN THE LIGHT Right now with Jesus Christ, God the Father and the Holy Spirit speaking with you. He wants me to share that no matter what is going on in your life right now; He will help you overcome.

In my book Grace to the rescue, I detail how 16 years of my life was spent in survival mode; struggling to know God and to grow in him; while at the same time married to a person who said they were a Christian but showed no fruit, no faithfulness, no love and no growing. He was a drug addict and he would say he “really wanted’ God to change him but it was not the truth. Had it been the truth he would have made some progress, amen? If I said I was a child of my mom and I wound up looking nothing like her (or my Dad) there would be questions eventually about “where I really came from,” Amen again? Amen!

So I have had quite the struggle. I’ve moved over 50 times in my life and I’ve lost track of how many jobs I had to leave over “my husband’s decisions.” I had people say I would never get a job again my resume looked so bad. My employers loved me but my resume was looking like a cocktail of dysfunction and gypsy-ism. I’ve had to have faith to live for so long I can’t remember when I didn’t have to live by Faith. Right now I live in a town of 250 people and I am counting my BLESSINGS I am okay at all! I published a book in 2013 a very scary task for me but the Lord urged me on. At the time I was working 2 jobs and praying daily that we wouldn’t lose our house as I watched the bill skyrocket out of control. I had no insurance and had to have 10,000 worth of dental work done. The bills mounted and I was using credit cards for gas to get to work and food each month in 2012. That same year my husband lost his job. NOW keep in mind God restored me after I left this bad marriage in 2002 and I had literally nothing when I started all over again in life (at age 40). So to have been restored and have it all supposedly going up in flames was not so acceptable to me. I Prayed; Put it all in God’s hands and we are still okay after almost two years in ND working there to save our butts from disaster with God’s help.

AS IF I didn’t have enough problems; it’s beginning to look like the publisher I went through is stealing from me or not paying my royalties. I haven’t wanted to believe this is happening but I see a lot of testimony out there of “others” who have said Tate doesn’t pay them. I haven’t been paid a fraction of the royalties I know I should have coming yet. Therefore I am putting books under my name now and publishing myself. I refuse to be broken, refuse to give up and refuse to believe God is NOT with me because I KNOW THAT HE IS! He has called me chosen me, sustained me, blessed me, rescued me, provided for me, loved me, cherished me and taken care of me all of these years. He’s not about to stop now.

I am reminded of how many including “watchman Nee” said they were severely attacked by the enemy while they were pioneering new things for the Lord that he had put on their hearts to say. I KNOW I am anointed of God to help people gain a closer relationship with him. NO matter what I say you’ll be blessed because my heart is on target wanting you to receive from him, get closer to him, learn from him and be blessed by him! (the Lord that is) and he is with me on this! YOU CAN BE closer to God if you really want to be. All you need is willingness, desire, sincerity and to just get started. Getting close to God #2 Be sincere and honest with your saviour.

It’s true. I miss this one song we used to sing in church “I’m healing you sayeth the Lord, restoring you, sayeth the Lord” Making you whole “for I am the Lord your God…….”

So often a person never gets the chance to be restored if someone is ‘on their case’ about what they are doing wrong all the time. It’s really important to get to know people before we jump to conclusions. what have they been through? Do they want to be restored? If so how can we help that to happen? Souls (even though a person is born again) can need healing. Jesus is #1 into reconciling people to God #2 healing and restoring them #3 training them HIS way to do what they were called by him to do! In between they have to take care of jobs, family and take care of business and he knows that also. he is not into over burdening people with more burdens they cannot bear. #knowtherealjesus      -Laura Grace, Author #Grace to Grow and more to come.

Good Morning my friends! God never changes, you know? He’s still the Prince of Peace! The mirror was dark in the Old Testament because it was a shadow of things to come. (therefore a darkened shadowy picture of the Lord.) So now in the beginning the Angels said “Peace on Earth” (when Jesus was born.) So He spoke peace to the earth. In this passage in Jeremiah we see God saying to the prophet:

Jeremiah 29: “pray” for the city where you were sent into exile, for if it prospers you will prosper as well” Here they were sent into exile into a strange land and God is saying “don’t worry” Pray for them to be blessed! In the New Testament in Matthew 5; Jesus has now come on the scene and preaches; “Blessed are the Peacemakers” “blessed are the Merciful” blessed are the meek!”

Hey if you are being abrasive and stirring things up wherever you go THAT is not being a peacemaker. IT doesn’t mean compromise either; which is why the Lord made a reference to being pure in heart (and how do things become pure I ask you?)

When the heat is on; the metal or gold is refined. Why would it feel this way? Well because it’s a trial to believe in things nobody else believes right now. Don’t be all upset! this is your time (to shine) and believe God to be a peacemaker, another son, another merciful vessel prepared to receive those who formerly did not want to know God; but change their minds and are determined to know him. I ask you; how can we be prepared to help anyone Receive the Good news if we are all upset about what is going on in this world? When Jesus came to earth he was not upset. He calmly sat down and begin to teach the things he knew would be helpful and bring sanity and clarity to a turbulent world rocked with pain and suffering. Peace!
